[Resolved] Procura ASP has been operational and the issue with missing icons has been resolved successfully. The problem was identified with the gateway server which was resolved once rebooted.

[Monitoring] Our SRE team has identified the issue and resolved it! All ASP users should be able to see their missing icons and launch Procura Prod and Train instances. The team will monitor this further and provide a root cause analysis of the outage.

[Investigating] We are currently experiencing issues with Procura CS on our hosted environments.
Users may be reporting when they log to the ASP portal their icons are missing, preventing them from being able to launch the application
Our teams are investigating the issue and are working hard to find a solution.
